just found out that the San Francisco 49ers' own George Kittle is a fan of the WNBA Golden State Valkyries AND a lifelong Chicago Bears fan. strong contender for favorite player ever. his wikipedia infobox also shows him in an Ed, Edd & Eddie shirt

yesterday i had a chat with my girlfriend's parents because they wanted to get to know me before she flew out to europe for the first time
i was really nervous going into it but over the course of forty minutes i think they wanna adopt me now
i talked ball with her dad for over five minutes, and the way his eyes lit up when he saw me understanding the phrase "the best Jets head coach had an under .500 career record", that was just adorable. i think i may be the first woman he's met who understands that :D
they're Jets fans which means they've had a record-breaking historically bad season but it's also charming and he hates the Patriots with every fibre of his body so them getting pasted was good
