rotating banner/slogan

I don't remember where the conversation went but on IRC last month we talked about having the slogan/banner at the top rotate through <things we're sick about>.

It could pluck from the topic list and say like "sick about <topic title>", just displaying a random one. It'd be cool to give topics more exposure that way and is kinda cozy in general.

Thoughts?
