I enjoy researching old FMV games. somehow I only just learned about CLUB DEAD, a cyberpunk adventure from MTV in '94.

Wow, that's a great find!
It isn't exactly an FMV game, but when the subject comes up I always think of Star Wars: Dark Forces II, an all-time favorite from my childhood which has live-action cutscenes:

i have been wanting to play the more-recent fmv games
vegas tales and
truth due to their casting of katie marovich, tim russ, and garrett wang. :) i'll let y'all know if/when i do.

FORBIDDEN SOLITAIRE is a new game that goes for an FMV feel and it's really great. highly recommended.

Oh man, I dunno if it really counts, but Immercenary is great. The gameplay is FPS style, but there are FMV sequences in between with awesome, cheesy acting. There are a few characters you run into throughout the game, though, that are depicted by live-action FMV sequences.
