what to do with a bunch of disposable vape batteries

Please give me some ideas on what to do with a paper bag full of disposable vapes. I estimate there's about 20 batteries in here, 1500mAh each (so 5.55Wh per battery), therefore I have a whole 100Wh to play with for the cost of my time and the pliers I use to open the vapes up.

What do I do with them? Do I collect more? Does anyone have any suggestions on a battery management system that can handle ewaste lithium and wrangle ~50 cells into an e.g. 25S2P 90V DC configuration, or 48 cells in a 4S12P 12V (really, 14.4V) DC configuration so that I can use stuff that's meant to run off of car accessory power?

The laterward question would be whether I can collect enough of these (namely, 150 of them) and make an 830Wh high-voltage vehicle battery. The laterererward question is whether I can build a vehicle around it. The laterererererererer...

I have settled on a likely candidate: order a BMS that lets me put 4 of them in series, and a theoretically unlimited number in parallel, to accomplish 14.4V (nominally, 12V.) By bolting a 120V inverter onto this (or similar device), I can make a little "generator" (more accurately a "power station"/"battery bank" -- but people call them generators because production units resemble a motor-driven generator, think Generac.)

This, coupled with a solar panel, would be a neat use of this waste lithium.

I will report to you live from the smoke shop dumpster when the time comes to scavenge more.
