oh man I've been struggling with this. It's so unhealthy and makes my days harder, but then when my days are harder I dread the next day and stay up later to put off starting the next day.
I hate self sabotage.
We need to have some kind of phone-tree style messaging loop where we tell each other to go to bed, like a buddy system.

i didnt even stay up late last night and i still slept until like 5pm. im not happy about it cause i slept the whole day away

me me me! I really do need to go to bed earlier - even if I am able to sleep in the next day my body doesn't let me sleep past 8am. Perhaps this week will be different!
