this will be my weekend project. wish me luck!
unspoil for details on what it'll actually be: evdev linux driver (stretch goal: windows autohotkey exe) that takes steering wheel angle and throttle/brake pedal position via an ELM327 adapter (wired, because Bluetooth serial limits it to 38400 baud which is enough for barely one readout a second) and converts it into either arrow keys and space/uparrow for brake/gas, or controller inputs if I can be arsed to interpret the steering wheel angle as an analog input mapped to an analog stick
