i ended up going to a mushroom hike (more of a walk with lots of stopping) with a retired sfsu lecturer this morning. was nice to see a new park. didn't find any truly mesmerizing mushrooms but DID find and pet an alligator lizard that was chilling under a log.

My city is doing a hot chocolate fest thingy! So I'm using that as an excuse to go to parts of the city I'm not in very often!

I might do some geocaching in the meantime toooo

i learned about women serving as radio operators in WWI recently and consumed a bunch of wikipedia about it. then when we were moving into our new place i found a flyer addressed to the old lady who used to live here inviting her to a musical....about hello girls.

sadly it's sold out so we're going to show up early to try and get on the wait list
