I've been playing Assetto Corsa a lot. I recently got a wheel with force feedback and some pedals to use on my pc, combined with VR its a super immersive experience that feels reasonably close to driving a real car. The experience can range from casually cruising through the countryside to doing laps or races on real circuits. I love it!
Also Fortnite lol

started playing through Dino Crisis! i'm not very far at all (only just got to the initial encounter with the t-rex at the window) but i'm enjoying it so far! the atmosphere is amazing and i feel like i have so much to say about it already. i should focus on finishing the game first though lol
also, the voice acting can be a bit cheesy at times, but it's Dino Crisis so who cares x3

nice, enjoy! i ought to love that game because i am a big fan of the original RE1-3 and survival horror on ps1 in general but i just have failed to ever stay invested in dino crisis...

In theory I'm playing Lufia II for the SNES, but I keep getting distracted by
this version of Klondike Solitaire on Pico-8. I'm just barely good at it enough to win sometimes and it's addictive

wachenroder is very dialog/story heavy and linear but damn the theming/art/mood is amazing. cities are named for 80s bands which is very funny (there is a place called Art of Noise). the combat is pretty standard ttrpg stuff and reminds me of Front Mission in a very good way. excited to play more.

A friend of mine recently bought me Europa Universalis 5! It is taking some time to get used to, even though I played the last installment, but it is not bad.
I have also recently uninstalled Balatro.

i almost brought my gaming laptop on this short trip to see my dad just so i could jump right on it. i did that for re8 lol. but my survival horror wife is not with me so i'm saving new RE til i get home.
i was initially excited for re9 because it seemed like a departure from the Straight Goofin' of re8 and the Ethan Goop of re7 but once I learned Leon was a playable character I got less enthused. Still looking forward to it though.
