You were missed. Bike maintenance is the worst, I only have been able to be ok with it by actively setting aside time to do whatever silly task I need to do. I say that, riding my bike around for months with a mildly bent derailleur hanger I've been procrastinating on bending back…

I have at least now acquired a smaller tire, surely I put it on before the next ride on sat >__>

the derailleur that came on my bike is apparently unsuited to my actual gear layout which is very funny / less funny when i get trapped in lowest gear after a climb and have to kick the derailleur until it shifts back up

however i am just adding it to the list for my next mechanic visit. i treat my bike like my car. i expend too much energy fixing computers in my spare time to fix other stuff.

Pretty sure this is more common than the other end of the spectrum! But if you're ever desiring repairing your bike yourself/with help I'm an easy roll down the hill from ya with a garage full of far too many tools

i want to clean up my single speed and put a new chain on it if you'd like to help with that actually
