Oh man, I dunno if it really counts, but Immercenary is great. The gameplay is FPS style, but there are FMV sequences in between with awesome, cheesy acting. There are a few characters you run into throughout the game, though, that are depicted by live-action FMV sequences.

I've been flip flopping between games again. Currently cycling between Zelda: Wind Waker, Caves of Qud, and on my PSP Dissidia Final Fantasy 012 and Outrun 2006 Coast to Coast.
