Yeah! A Japanese dev named Azel straight-up made their own GUI library from scratch , and implemented a pretty nice drawing program with it! ( among other things )

One of my favorite artists mentioned it was the drawing program they used, and after checking it out ...

My city is doing a hot chocolate fest thingy! So I'm using that as an excuse to go to parts of the city I'm not in very often!
